Shipping Policy
At Cherito Café, we believe that as our customer, you should always be satisfied with the product you purchased.
In general, orders are shipped one business day after your payment has been confirmed. Once handed over to the logistics operator, you will receive your order within 7 business days.
It is important to note that:

If your payment is confirmed from Monday to Friday, the first business day is the day you receive payment confirmation, and from that day, the delivery time begins.

If your payment is confirmed on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the delivery time will start from the next business day after payment confirmation.

You should also keep in mind that only orders placed before 4:00 p.m. are considered for same-day processing; any order placed after 4:00 p.m. will have its official delivery time counted from the next day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notifying you that it has been handed over to the carrier.
Domestic Shipping in El Salvador

Correos de El Salvador – Nationwide coverage: This shipping method takes an average of 3 to 5 days to reach its destination and has a cost of $20.

UPS (or any agent chosen by the customer) – Nationwide coverage: This shipping method takes an average of 1 to 2 days and has a cost of $20.

Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
All purchases are final. If for any reason you wish to return any of the products purchased from our online store, we cannot resell them. We only accept returns in cases of order errors on our part, or if the order is not received due to an error by the shipping company.
Otherwise, we guarantee the quality of our products, the result of meticulous work that begins in our crops and continues through drying, processing, and final packaging.
Return Exceptions:
If the shipment is not delivered and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the delivery costs incurred by Courier, DHL, or any company used for such purposes.
If the product shows defects due to transport (damage, water, etc.), you must notify Cherito Café within 48 hours after accepting the order. This will allow us to file a claim and proceed with its replacement.
Refunds for returns will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days for administrative procedures, although we usually complete them within 7 business days.
Order Cancellations by Cherito Café:
Cherito Café reserves the right to cancel any purchase (including an order previously accepted in the system) in the following situations:

The product is unavailable/out of stock, and due to a technical error, the online store showed otherwise. In this case, the customer may choose a refund for the purchase made or wait until the product is available again.

The customer’s billing information is incorrect or cannot be verified.

The order is flagged by our security system as abnormal or potentially fraudulent.

We have reason to believe the customer is under 14 years of age.

The order is the result of a system error in the store (misapplied discounts, unaccounted shipping costs, etc.).

Order Cancellations by Customers:
When applicable, order cancellations that involve a refund to the customer will be processed within a maximum of 14 days for administrative procedures. No order cancellations will be allowed more than 1 hour after completing the purchase, as it will be assumed that the order has already been processed by the warehouse.
